高城剛曰く、白いシャツは各国イミグレの受けが頗る良いそうですが、概ね賛成です、加えて、イミグレどころか、帰国時のカスタムチェックの通りも良いとも思っています。
パスポートがすっぽり収まる胸ポケットのサイズが気に入ったとかで、彼はTom Fordのシャツを愛用しているようですが、そんな影響を受けて一時期は白いシャツばかり集めていたせいで、プライベートでも白いシャツを着るようになってしまい、早い話が、”飽きて”しまっているこの頃です。
最近別のなにかを物色しているのですが、先日仕事の関係で東京方面へ行った際に、ふと上野のSans Limiteを訪ねてきました。
Sans Limiteと言えば今は愛知県豊川市に移転してしまいましたが、当時はまだ豊橋の松葉通の向こう側に店舗を構えていたanalog/toolで白いシャツを購入したのが最初の出会いのいきさつでした。
オーナーでありパタンナーでもある門田雄介氏のデザインするシャツは、外観のディテールもさることながら着用している人間の生活を遮ないように身体の動きまでをデザインに反映させているかのようです。
そしてその上で尚衣服としてのイメージを周囲に強く残す、自分のような素人には想像もつかないことを高いレベルで達成しているように、袖を通す度感じます。
訪店の際に購入したのはSH01B レギュラーボックス 2本針 ネイビーでした。超絶美しいです。
箱に入れてもらい製品を受け取るというのも、とても好感的でした、永く支持していきたいです。
I personally would like to highly recommend these tailored shirt by “Sans Limite” from Tokyo, Japan.
Mr. Yusuke Monden as a tailor of Sans Limite from Hiroshima had worked at COMME des GARCONS(CdG) and he planned and patterned especially on COMME des GARCONS SHIRT for a long time.
As you might know that Rei Kawakubo is one of the pure anti-fashioned designer all over the world and her products renovated about CLOTHED/WEAR a lot of times.
That he has been producing clothes with Rei for over 10 years as “her” patterner is, very good enough to prove the thickness of trust from her.
I think you will be surprised if you know Sans Limite’s designer had worked at CdG, because his works is seems so calm and be traditional, so much different with attitude of CdG.
But, when you will wear it you may be surprised again because of the feelings and should understand that he patterned includes human shapes/moves during the life very well, I mean it is completely different with something “comfortable”.
And also his product is be traditional but the pattern and detail are very excited, on some models his shirt be sewed by three needles chain stitch and an outline as box but not so be casual.
He does not look forward to renovate new items regularly, but aims to be a clothes shop where people can buy “good ones” many years after released, and I love his this.
